BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Celebrate any special occasion with us!

​

The gym is available on most weekends (please call ahead for dates) for birthday parties. The entire gym is for YOUR PARTY ONLY! A brochure is available in the office.

 

Gymnastics or Ninja parties are offered. Please let the office know if you would like a ninja-themed party. 

​

Basic Information:

​

• Parties are for children 2 to 12 years old.

• Children under 3 must be accompanied out on the floor by 1 adult. Parents will need to sign a waiver.

• If your child is over 3 years old PARENTS WILL NEED TO WAIT IN THE WAITING ROOM. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE GYM FLOOR AT ANY TIME.

• Kids need to come dressed in gym clothes for their safety. No dresses, skirts, jeans, or belts.

• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required after booking the party to hold your reservation. (You may reschedule your party to a future date if needed within 48 hours of the original party date or lose your deposit)

• The party price covers 25.

• Not to exceed 25 kids.

Our Birthday Parties include:

​

• Private use of our air-conditioned gymnastics facility.

• Supervised gymnastics activities including obstacle courses, tumble track, trampolines, foam pit fun, and more. These activities are geared for children 3 years and up.

• 2-year-old parties are welcomed! Includes special circuits and activities geared toward our younger participants.

• Decorated Party room for your guests.

• A birthday medal for the birthday child.

• Clean up after the party. *we do not open presents*. Please pack up in a timely fashion. Another party may be coming in after you.

2-hour parties are offered: 

Saturday: 2:00 pm & 4:30 pm

Sunday: 10:00 am, 12:30pm, & 3:30 pm

 

Kids will spend 1 hour on the floor and 1 hour in the party room OR 1.5 hours on the floor and 30 min in the party room.

Reservations are accepted 3 months in advance.

Planet Gymnastics Members may book 6 months in advance.

Prices:

  Members: $450.00

Non-Members: $500.00

 

 ALL PARTY PRICES cover up to 25 children including the birthday child.

 Not to exceed 25 kids.

​

No alcohol.

The final balance can be paid on the day of the birthday party.
