Participant and Parent Rules

Payments and Make Up’s

  • Tuition is due by the 1st of each month.
  • $15.00 late fee after the 7th.
  • $25.00 late fee after the 11th
  • $35.00 late fee after the 15th.
  • If you do not pay by the 1st, and you have not been in class, you will be dropped from any current classes.
  • Makeups’ are for enrolled student only. If you drop, you are forfeiting any makeup classes.
  • You must do your makeup class within two weeks of the missed class.
  • Notify the office if your child will be withdrawing from a class.
  • Price increase in June, our annual cost goes up and is the only reason we are forced to do this.
  • There is no refunds.

 

Tiny Tumblers  

  • There may be one adult per child on the floor.
  • Adult in class must stay within arm’s length of the child for safety!
  • If you have an infant, they must be in a carrier.
    • Holding them is a safety risk as you then cannot assist the child participating in class.
  • No non-registered siblings allowed in class, younger or older.  They must stay in the viewing area.  
  • Crawlers may only be on the floor if they are enrolled in the class.
  • Please no food or drinks on the gymnastics floor.
  • Adults are NOT allowed on ANY gymnastics equipment at ANYTIME!

 

Gym Kids

Required dress attire:

  • Girls: A leotard (with shorts is ok). No mid drift 2 pieces. Tights/leggings are ok only when bare feet are exposed.  No jewelry.   No denim, buttons, belts or zippers.

  • Boys: Shorts w/elastic waistband. A tank top or shirt that can be tucked in.

  • Long hair must be tied back, out of their face before class. 

  • Please do not drop off students more than 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the class. Students are permitted on the equipment with an instructor only.
  • Be on time for warm up. Children need to warm up their bodies before doing any activity.
  • Parents are welcome to view classes from the viewing area provided. No sitting/viewing in gym area.
  • Students must be picked-up at the conclusion of their class, as we do not provide supervision after the classes end.  Parents are responsible for the safety of their children before and after the classes in which they are enrolled.
  • Adults are not allowed on equipment at any time.
  • Please pick up after yourself and your children.

 

Ninja Zone

All Ninja’s: Ninja Zone Uniform: Ninja Zone shirt and correct level headband.

  •  Black Shorts
